Oconomowoc Police announces the implementation of a K9 program to add to their team in early 2023

The ways that K-9’s assist our community according to Chief of Police James P. Pfister are

Canines are a visible deterrent.

Canines detect and locate illegal drugs that have been concealed.

Canines track criminals who have fled the scene.

Canines search for missing persons.

They are seeking donations for these essential needs for the K-9 and its handler. If you are able to donate and help achieve this worthy cause here are the ways.

June 2, 2023 at Buddy’s Beach Bungalow and Cornerstone Pub and Eatery will be hosting Bands at the Beach – Summer Concert Series. The opening band will be “The Love Monkeys” starting at 7:00 P.M. All proceeds will go to the Oconomowoc Police K9 Fund.
