Listed below is the current Chamber of Commerce Board Members.

Dave Taylor is a Senior Account Executive with Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG). Dave has recently joined ATG and is a 30 year veteran in the mortgage industry. He first started in the mortgage industry servicing mortgage loans for Fleet Mortgage, and then moved to residential appraising. He then transitioned into the sales side of the business as an Account Executive with PMI Mortgage Insurance for 11 years, and then in wholesale and correspondent lending for the past 8 years. Dave is also very involved with the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Commercial Realtors Association.

Matthew Sirinek currently serves as the Director of Auxiliary Services at Carroll University for the past 14 years. Matt’s term as the Chamber President expired last year and he currently serves as Past President and an adviser to the Chamber.

Patrick Martin is a Assistant Vice President / Business Lending at Landmark Credit Union, assisting the business community with relationship banking, with a strong focus on deposit and lending solutions, primarily in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. He has worked in the banking industry since 2002 and has experience in both retail and commercial relationships. In addition, Pat has 12 years of consumer lending experience, 7 years in commercial lending, and has served on multiple chambers and boards throughout his career.

Born and raised in eastern Pennsylvania, Pat is a 1995 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications. He moved to Wisconsin in 2002 and currently resides in the City of Waukesha.

Janelle Andrews has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College. She has experience in the service industry as a bar manager and in early 2017 purchased a travel franchise to pursue her love of travel and trip planning. She is a certified cruise counselor with training in a wide-range of trip experiences. As a full-service travel adviser, she has the expertise and resources to create unforgettable vacations tailored to client’s needs.

Jennifer Andrews is a Waukesha County native and has earned a bachelor’s degree from Carroll University and a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University Wisconsin Milwaukee. She is a certified urban planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Jennifer has worked at the City of Waukesha in the Community Development Department since 1999. She currently serves as the Community Development Director as well as the Executive Director and Secretary of the Waukesha Redevelopment Authority. She has worked on numerous development and redevelopment projects for the City that have added millions of dollars in tax base, hundreds of jobs, provided new housing opportunities and added to the overall vitality of the community.
Jennifer is currently serving as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Community Action Coalition of South Central Wisconsin. She is also an ex-oficio member of the City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce Board, representing the Mayor of Waukesha.
Jennifer and her husband have owned small businesses in Waukesha for 15 years. Currently the main office and base of operations for their business, Treetop Explorer, is in downtown Waukesha. As local business owners, they support various local business organizations including the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce and West End Artists.

Mary Nurse is a Marketing Specialist with the Thomsen Team at Realty Executives-Integrity. Thomsen Team members provide a high level of personal attention and industry expertise to help people buy and sell real estate. Mary has held Development and Marketing leadership roles with major Non-Profit organizations in Wisconsin, Illinois and Connecticut. She is a Wisconsin native, licensed Home Inspector and UW La Crosse graduate who has helped build houses with Habitat for Humanity in 3 different states and in 3 different countries. She and her husband reside in Pewaukee.

Rob Hoverman serves as the Northern Midwest Regional Director for EnviroForensics, LLC, an environmental consulting firm that serves clients with contaminated properties from historical uses. Rob is a professional geologist in multiple states with more than 19 years of professional environmental service with a focus on contaminated site management. That includes due diligence for property transactions, sub-surface investigations, and remediation projects regulated by state or federal programs. He is involved in every aspect of projects from proposal preparation through project closure, regulatory negotiations, and stakeholder communications. As the Regional Director, Rob maintains momentum and resources for the northern Midwest portfolio. Outside of work, Rob enjoys coaching and playing with his family for the Milwaukee Hurling Club and he volunteers annually building garden beds with the Victory Garden Blitz.
